يقدّم الموقع أدوات لمعالجة الملفات، تعمل داخل متصفح المستخدم ولا تُرسل ملفاته إلى أي خادم، باستثناء أداة الباركود الموضّحة في البند (٦).
الموقع لا يحتفظ بنسخة من ملفاتك، ولا يطّلع عليها، ولا يخزّنها.
تعمل الأدوات في بيئة المتصفح لدى المستخدم، وتتأثر نتائجها بنوع المتصفح وإصداره وإمكانات الجهاز وخصائص الملف نفسه.
ولذلك لا يضمن الموقع سلامة كل ملف مع كل متصفح أو جهاز، ولا يضمن خلوّ المخرجات من الأخطاء.
يُنصح بالاحتفاظ بنسخة من الملف الأصلي قبل أي معالجة.
الطمس في هذا الموقع يعمل بحرق الصفحة إلى صورة ثم رسم السواد فوقها، بحيث يُعدَم النص الواقع تحت الطمس ولا يمكن استرجاعه.
ومع ذلك، تقع على المستخدم مسؤولية مراجعة الملف الناتج والتأكد من اكتمال الطمس ومن أن جميع البيانات المقصودة قد غُطّيت فعلاً قبل تقديم الملف أو مشاركته.
الموقع غير مسؤول عن أي إفشاء ناتج عن طمس ناقص أو غير مراجَع.
أدوات التعليق (التظليل، التبييض، النص، التوقيع) تُضاف فوق الصفحة ولا تحذف ما تحتها. وهي مخصّصة للتصحيح والتعليق والتوضيح.
لا يجوز استخدام التبييض لإخفاء معلومة سرّية أو حسّاسة. ولهذا الغرض تُستخدم أداة الطمس حصراً. ويتحمّل المستخدم كامل المسؤولية عن أي إفشاء ينتج عن مخالفة ذلك.
أداة الباركود هي الأداة الوحيدة في الموقع التي ترفع الملف إلى الإنترنت، وذلك عبر مزوّد استضافة خارجي (طرف ثالث)، لأن الرابط لا يعمل بدون مكان يُخزَّن فيه الملف.
يخضع الملف المرفوع كذلك لشروط مزوّد الاستضافة الخارجي.
عند اختيار التشفير، يُشفَّر الملف داخل جهاز المستخدم قبل رفعه، ويُولَّد مفتاح عشوائي يُعرض له.
يتحمّل المستخدم مسؤولية حفظ المفتاح، ومسؤولية الطريقة التي يسلّمه بها لمن يريد إطلاعه على الملف.
يُقدَّم الموقع «كما هو» ودون أي ضمان، صريح أو ضمني.
ولذلك، لا يُنصح بالاعتماد على رابط أو باركود مطبوع في مستند دائم دون الاحتفاظ بالملف الأصلي.
لا يتحمّل مالك الموقع أي مسؤولية عن أي ضرر مباشر أو غير مباشر، أو خسارة بيانات، أو فوات منفعة، أو أي أثر ينشأ عن استخدام الموقع أو تعذّر استخدامه، أو عن الاعتماد على مخرجاته.
يستخدم المستخدم الموقع على مسؤوليته الخاصة.

التقييمات: ما يرسله المستخدم طواعيةً عبر نموذج التقييم (عدد النجوم، والملاحظة إن كتبها) يُحفظ لدينا. ولا يُنشر أي تعليق على الموقع إلا بعد مراجعته واعتماده. ولا يُطلب اسم ولا بريد.
جميع حقوق الموقع وتصميمه واسمه محفوظة لمالكه. ويحتفظ المستخدم بكامل حقوقه على ملفاته ومحتواه.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص الجهات القضائية المختصة فيها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

By using the Salem website (the “Site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site owner may amend these Terms at any time; amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page.
The Site provides file-processing tools that run inside the user’s browser and do not send files to any server, with the exception of the barcode tool described in clause 6.
The Site keeps no copy of your files, does not view them, and does not store them.
The tools run in the user’s browser environment, and results depend on the browser, its version, the device’s capabilities, and the characteristics of the file itself.
Accordingly, the Site does not warrant that every file will work with every browser or device, nor that the output will be free of errors.
Keeping a copy of the original file before any processing is strongly advised.
Redaction on this Site works by burning the page to an image and then drawing the black box over it, so that the text beneath the redaction is destroyed and cannot be recovered.
Even so, the user is responsible for reviewing the resulting file and confirming that redaction is complete — that every intended item has in fact been covered — before submitting or sharing the file.
The Site is not liable for any disclosure arising from incomplete or unreviewed redaction.
Annotation tools (highlight, whiteout, text, signature) are drawn on top of the page and do not remove what lies beneath. They are intended for correction, commentary, and clarification.
Whiteout must not be used to conceal confidential or sensitive information. Use the redaction tool for that purpose. The user bears full responsibility for any disclosure resulting from a breach of this clause.
The barcode tool is the only tool on the Site that uploads the file to the internet, through a third-party hosting provider, because a link cannot work without somewhere for the file to live.
Uploaded files are also subject to the third-party host’s own terms.
When encryption is selected, the file is encrypted on the user’s device before upload, and a random key is generated and shown to the user.
The user is responsible for safeguarding the key, and for the manner in which they deliver it to anyone they wish to grant access.
The Site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Accordingly, relying on a link or a printed barcode inside a permanent document is not advised without retaining the original file.
The Site owner bears no liability for any direct or indirect damage, loss of data, loss of profit, or any consequence arising from the use of the Site or the inability to use it, or from reliance on its output.
The user uses the Site at their own risk.
Your files never reach us. Every file-processing tool runs inside your browser and sends nothing to any server — with the exception of the barcode tool described in clause 6, which uploads the file at your explicit request.
The Site records anonymous usage events for operation and improvement, limited to the following:
The recorded data therefore cannot be attributed to a person, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with any third party.
Ratings: what a user voluntarily submits through the feedback form (the star rating, and a note if written) is stored. No comment is published on the Site until it has been reviewed and approved. No name and no email are requested.
All rights in the Site, its design, and its name are reserved to its owner. The user retains all rights in their own files and content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
